    The "O" zone
Spirituality: The irrevocable connection to the divine.

Every thought creates a part of your physical reality. Last newsletter we talkeed about the three types of energy. We discussed the first two. For a refresser go back to last news letter. The link is down below to the left side of the page. The other type of energy is the third type of energy. This type of energy is the higher power that most people call God. Call it what you choose to call it, I choose to refer to it and believe in it as God. God is the one kind of energy we cannot dictate to and control. We can interact with God, or the third type of energy, and intelligently gain what we desire, but not on our own terms. Let me spell out the terms God has set that govern parts of our interaction. There are laws that dictate this interaction and usage of the third type of energy, the divine energy. "Ask and ye shall receive" is a true divine principle. But it is subservient to higher laws, such as the law of the harvest. This law states, "As you sow, so shall ye reap." That which we put out, on the deepest level of our soul is what comes back to us. If we think we really need a better paying job, and pray for that will we get it? It really depends on what you have sown. If you don't believe in yourself, or have the need for more money because you have not managed well what you have had, or are just under pressure from a spouse to move up in the world, the request will not be honored the way you would like. The classic example is if you ask for patience, you will get experiences that help you learn more patience. The "Ask and ye shall receive" law is always honored. Every thought is a prayer and every prayer is answered. But what is the motive and intent of the thought? Our intention always shapes our reality. I was teaching a class one day on Asking. One of the examples I choose to use was to hold up a five-dollar bill. Explain what it was and what it could be used for. As I was going about my dull description of what was well known, a person in the class raised their hand and asked, "May I have the five-dollar bill?" Of course I said. After handing it to them, I pulled out a twenty-dollar bill. It was only a moment before a member of the class had his hand up, asking for the twenty-dollar bill. Then to teach a higher principle, I talked about intention. Why do we ask for that which we ask? Then I pulled out a hundred-dollar bill. Many of the students were very hesitant to ask for such a gift, and rightfully so. A young lady in the class asked, "May I have the hundred dollars so that I can give it to another person who I know is in need?" With that kind of request, I could not say no? I was not planning on such a well thought out answer coming from the class. I didn't think I would need to give the money away. But at her request, I could not say no with a good conscience. Such is the nature of the divine energy. When we approach God on God's terms, we can ask and receive, because we will not ask amiss. This interaction can be predictable and consistent. As we learn to ask with a real intent, we will learn to have emotional balance, physical harmony and a life full of peace and vigor. So what do you want to ask for? - Desire: All change begins with a desire. What desire do you have. Write down what you truly desire. Now test your desires. Are they clean? By that I mean, is the intent pure, do you need to control anyone else to accomplish that desire. Will it make you better without impacting anyone else? Does ti help others reach their potential? Does what you want sound like something that God would like you to have? sire what mindset do you need to have. If you could not fail to achieve that desire, what attitude do you need to have?

The "Ask and ye shall receive" law is always honored. Every thought is a prayer and every prayer is answered. Our innermost dominant thought will determine the outcome according to the law of harvest. The motive and intent of the thought is the level that the prayer will be honored. Our intention always shapes our reality. I was teaching a class one day on "Asking". One of the examples I choose to use was to hold up a five-dollar bill. Many of the students were very hesitant to ask for such a gift, and rightfully so. A young lady in the class asked, "May I have the hundred dollars so that I can give it to another person who I know is in great need?" With that kind of request, I could not say no? I was not planning on such a well thought out answer coming from the class. I didn't think I would need to give the money away. But at her request, I could not say no with a good conscience. Such is the nature of the divine energy. When we approach God on God's terms, we can ask and receive, because we will not ask amiss. This interaction is predictable and consistent. Does what you want sound like something that God would like you to have? What mindset do you need to have. If you could not fail to achieve that desire, what attitude do you need to have?

Decide what it is you believe you want or need. Seek to understand exactly why you need it. Why is it you desire this thing in your heart? Is your motive pure? Express gratitude for all you have received in your life, both the easy and challenging gifts. And ask, believing that you will receive, nothing doubting and it will become a reality. It may not be o your time frame. But it will happen. Try it out, then share your stories with me. I know it works in a very predictable manner.

Iron: Are you too pumped up?

Though many of us think we are not getting enough iron in our diets....we may actually be at the other end of the spectrum with too much iron. This is more often a problem in men, but also occurs in some women. How do these levels get so high?
Cooking acidic foods in iron pots or pans, alcohol consumption, processed foods that are "fortified" with iron, and drinking well water that is high in iron are some of the ways we are increasing our levels.
So if your iron levels are too high....what does that mean? Well, excess iron can produce the opposite effect of antioxidants thus causing the formation of free radicals as opposed to getting rid of them. According to some recent studies, if you have too much iron you may be at a higher risk for Diabetes, Heart Disease, Atherosclerosis, Alzheimier's Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Colon Cancer.
How do you lower your iron levels? Give blood. By giving blood two the three times a year, you will be able to bring those levels down and help someone else at the same time. If you cannot donate blood, you can get a prescription for therapeutic phlebotomy (withdrawal of blood from arm veins).
For a long term solution, ask Dr. Olson about accupuncture or Chinese Herbs that can help!

    Bigger...is it really Better?
    Men and Women's Brains

While men may have a larger brain with approximately 4% more brain cells and 100 grams more of brain tissue than women, men and women do seem to accomplish the same things. As a matter of fact, women have more dendritic connections between the brain cells, as well as a larger corpus collusum, which means they can transfer data between the right and left hemisphere faster than men. This is why women have a greater capacity than men to do more than one thing at a time. If a guy is watching TV, you can alk to him and he probabbly won't hear a thing you say. A women however, will pick up on a conversation in the other room while she is concentrating on a detailed bit of work.
Interestingly, men tend to get their language from their dominant side, where women are more diversified using both sides. Women will use up to 20,000 descriptive words, while men will use only 7,000. Thus, if a women has a stroke, she is more likely to recover better because she will use the other side of the brain. If a man has a stroke on his dominant side, he will have more difficulty recovering.
Ever notice that women are more in touch with their feelings than men? This is because women have a larger deep limbic system. They are better at connecting to others, have a better sense of smell, but also are more susceptible to depression.

    Masters Miracle Deodorant Stone

This deodorant stone is a natural answer to your body's needs. Made from natural crystallized mineral salts, this deodorant is free from perfumes, oils, emulsifiers, alcohol and other harmful chemicals such as aluminum chlorhydrate.
Deodorants work by neutralizing the smell of the sweat and by antiseptic action against bacteria. Deodorants do not interfere with the natural cooling process of sweating. Antiperspirants however, work by clogging or blocking the pores with powerful astringents such as aluminum salts so that they can't release sweat. The harmful chemicals found in some of these antiperspirants and deodorants have been found as a possible link to breast cancer and Alzheimers Disease.
So, if you are looking for a deodorant that is better for your body, ask us today about The Master's Miracle Doedorant Stone!
